The mere fact that we're reading this suggests that we are wealthier than a large proportion of the world's population. We have access to a computer and Internet.Anne Lyken-Garnerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01425485414456096031noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2825722277844100893.post-543416697742690402009-11-05T22:44:20.395+00:002009-11-05T22:44:20.395+00:00I spent five months in Uganda last year. I survived on noodles and vegetables for months. I showered every three days in freezing cold water (lil tip: afternoons are best, the sun heats the up the water tanks). I washed my three t-shirts until my knuckles bled and the fabric was torn.

And I know the little I had would be a luxury to everyone around me.

What would I give up? I've tried giving up everything but chocolate.. (chocoholic? yep, that's me). I can't wait to do that again :)appleshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07421257146590665524noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2825722277844100893.post-62267286381133434962009-11-04T14:55:40.559+00:002009-11-04T14:55:40.559+00:00Icy, Leigh and Simon, thanks for the visit.
